Wall and Ceiling Plate Extension Brackets

These universal extension brackets are designed to enhance your existing TV wall or ceiling mount. They facilitate the expansion of standard 16-inch mounting plates up to 24 inches. This feature is essential for accommodating wood studs or joists that are not spaced precisely at 16 or 24 inches (i.e., those spaced between 17 and 23 inches apart). Constructed from heavy-duty black steel, these solid brackets maintain stability and have an overall wall-mounted weight capacity of 154 lbs and a ceiling-mounted capacity of 110 lbs. The sliding function also allows for easy TV centering after installation, providing a better viewing experience. The set, including two 25" x 2.8" x 1" mounting brackets, weighs 9.8 lbs and comes complete with all necessary hardware and instructions for an easy installation.
